Shipping Policy
UK Shipping Options
- Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £69 – Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Orders up to £69 – £3.99, delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Express Delivery: £5.99 for next business day delivery.
International Shipping Options
- Europe: Flat rate of £15.99, delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Rest of the World: Flat rate of £25.00, delivered within 6-7 business days.
Import Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom:
- Import taxes and duties are calculated according to the shipping destination once the order reaches the Customs department of the delivery country.
- Local VAT may apply to orders outside the UK.
- Any additional charges (such as import taxes or duties) imposed by Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 working days.
- During busy periods, processing times may take longer. Updates regarding delays will be posted on our website.
For pre-orders:
- After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery timeline.
- A follow-up email will be sent with a more specific dispatch date as soon as this information becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped using a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. This link will provide updates on your parcel’s location and allow you to:
- Arrange re-delivery on an alternative day.
- Schedule collection if delivery is missed.
Return Policy
Regular Returns Policy
- Return Period: You may return any unused item within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Condition for Returns: Items must be in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
- Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised products
- Toiletries
- Underwear and swimwear
- Opened mattresses
- Refurbished items
- Clearance items
Please note: Items such as stands and play gyms must not have been assembled, and all products must remain unwashed and undamaged to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A return label is not provided.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost return shipments.
- Please ensure your items are securely packed to avoid damage, marks, or scratches during transit. Using the original packaging is highly recommended to help protect the products.
